- Convention on the prohibition of the use, stockpiling, production and transfer of anti-personnel mines and on their destruction ( Ottawa, 4th December 1997)
- Convention on prohibitions or restrictions on the use of certain conventional weapons which may be deemed to be excessively injurious or to have indiscriminate effects and protocols ( into force 2nd December 1983, for Croatia into force 8th October 1991)
- Convention on the prohibition of the development, production and stockpiling of bacteriological ( biological ) and toxin weapons and on their destruction ( into force 26th March 1975)
- Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons ( Washington, London, Moscow, 1st July 1968)
